He was predeceased by: his parents, Swink Pershing Patterson and Margaret Coleman Patterson; and his sister Sandra Nell Mefford. He is survived by: his brother Ronald Patterson (Lynn) of Smyrna; his children, LaNell Santos (Alejandro), Melissa Patterson of Readyville and Blake Patterson of Manchester; his grandchildren, Collin Anderson (Jordan) and Ellie Anderson; his great grandchild Lexie Anderson; and his close friends, Kathy Simon and Tammy Gaither. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
