She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Winters and Kathy Winters. She is survived by: her son Mark Brown; and her siblings, Kem Winters (Lee), Kevin Winters (Shantay) and Konda Winters. She is also survived by 4 nieces; 1 nephew; other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Chapel Freewill Baptist Church (1195 MS-364, Burnsville, MS 38833). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family has requested that NO flowers be sent , they would really appreciate it if you would make donations to the charity of your choice in Tina's memory .
