She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Ray Bush; her parents, Sammie Carter and Annie Carter (West); and her siblings, Emma Carver, Irene Thomas, Foy, Charles and Roy Carter.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Carver (Charles) of Old Hickory; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Hudson and Beverly Gregory. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
