He is survived by: his wife Ann Clark Allen; his daughter Gail; his son-in-law Lance Goad of Greenbrier; his son Randy; his daughter-in-law Melanie Allen; his grandchildren, Roxanna Goad of Springfield, Logan Goad of Greenbrier, Hatton (Megan Allen) of Hobart, OK and Hayden Allen; his siblings-in-law, Rick, Cindy Clark of Lafayette and Sandra Clark of Crossville; and his nieces and nephews, Peyton, Paige Clark, Sydney and Silas Clark.
