He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles York and Delma Elizabeth Greer York (Annette Coons York); and his brothers, Carl York, Jimmy York and Clovis York.

He is survived by: his children, Ashley York of Baxter, David Neil Manning, Josh York of Mt. Herman, KY and Jessie York; and his grandchildren, Kenna Manning, Brooklynn York, Maddox Barnes, Kyra Rich, Kendrix York, Everley Rich, Messiah Darty and Archer Rich.

Family request memorials be made to assist the family with funeral expenses.
