It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cindy Knight Hewitt of Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Hewitt; her parents, Charles "Mutt" Knight and Tootsie Knight; and her brother-in-law Kenny Hewitt. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Smith (Brent) of Albany, KY; her granddaughter Elly Gore (Parker) of Rickman, TN; her great grandchild Baelor Gore; her siblings-in-law, Mike Hewitt (Carolyn) of Joelton and Wanda Armstrong (Bruce) of Hermitage; and her cousins, Beth Moulton (Bill) of Celina, Megan Copas of Celina, Hayley Howard (Trevor) of Algood and Colton Howard of Algood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home - Red Boiling (544 Lafayette Rd, Red Boiling Springs, TN 37150). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at the Anderson & Son Memorial Park (997 Hwy 52 E, Lafayette, TN 37083).
