She is survived by: her sons, Tony Frank Koger, Todd Parrott Witcher, Timothy Ray Witcher and Fay Wendell Witcher II; her sister Yolanda Carr; and her grandchildren, Brandon Witcher, Hunter Witcher and Matthew Witcher. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
