With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Regina R. Crutcher of Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Spurlock and Shelby Dixon Spurlock; and her siblings, Steve Spurlock, Rebecca Stafford and Jennifer Tuttle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lashawna Summers of Lebanon and Alicia Ruiz of Lafayette; and her caregiver Donna Jenkins of Lafayette. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren.
