He was predeceased by : his parents, Dennis Lee Sullivan and Frances Fay Presley Sullivan. He is survived by : his children, James Miller (Heather McFarland), Dustin Sullivan Ryan Sullivan (Keri Monday), Macy Sullivan and Bentley Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Weston Miller, Chance Miller, Emma Beth Miller, Clayton Miller, Eli Miller Brothers, Tony Sullivan (Anita) and Thomas Sullivan (Jennifer).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home (209 E Locust St, Lafayette, TN 37083). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
