We announce the death of Amy Denane Tankersley (Reliance, Tennessee), who passed away on July 13, 2026, at the age of 50. Amy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her grandfather Eskel Owens; her mother Elavee Marie Wilson; her brother Derrick Wilson; her grandmother Edna May Owens; and her niece Kayla Tankersley.
She is survived by: her husband Mark Tankersley; her son Jake Tankersley; her stepson Jeremy Tankersley; her father Winston Wilson; her brother Chad Wilson; and her nieces and nephews, Jimmy Wilson, Joseph Wilson, Tyler Orr, Riley Wilson, Eli Massey, Tabitha Wilson, Mia Tankersley, Carmon Wilson and Katrina Massey. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Archville Baptist Church Cemetery (373 Archville Rd, Reliance, TN 37369).
