He is survived by: his wife Frances Blevins; his siblings, Paul Blevins (Shelby) of Florida, Arlie Blevins (Patsy) of Georgia, Freddy Blevins (Delores) of Athens, TN, Louise Smith (Ruly) of Riceville, TN and Loretta Clark of Riceville, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Brady of Riceville, TN, Freddie Womac (Sheila) of Calhoun, TN and Mike Allen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loved family and friends.
