He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack H. Fagg and Mary Ranzey Fagg; his wife Sara Kinsall Fagg; his son Daniel Noel Fagg; his siblings, Jackie Fagg and Flossie Fagg; and his great grandchild Hannah Fagg.
He is survived by: his son Joshua L.; his daughter-in-law Ashley Nicole Buckner Fagg of Riceville; his daughter Heather White; and his grandchildren, Kinslee Buckner, Aiden Buckner and Hunter Buckner.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home (521 N Jackson St, Athens, TN 37303). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1727-1739 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303).
