He is survived by : his wife Patsy O'Daniel Underdown; his sons, Timothy Ray Underdown (Margaret Derrick), Tony Lynn Underdown (Melissa "Lisa"), Terry Scotty Underdown (Kelly) and Tracy Charles Underdown (Sarah-Ann); and his siblings, Velma Davis, Alice West (Bill) and Creed Luther "C. L." Underdown. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
