She was predeceased by: her mother Ruby Crittenden; her brother Jimmy Crittenden; her children, Ricky Curtis, Jason Curtis and Tiffany Shields; and her grandchild Camden Blackwelder.

She is survived by: her husband Gary Dean Curtis; her children, Tabatha Price (Eric), Amber Jones (Brent), Lacey Richesin (Brian), Gary Dean Curtis Jr. and Kristi Mingledorff (Larry); her grandchildren, Rylan Oliver, Skylar Price, Devin Price (Sarah), David Price, Ashlyn Wilcox (Nathan), Bailey Jones, Chelsee Jones, Peyton Curtis, Logan Blackwelder, Alexis Richesin, Bryson Richesin, Killian Curtis, Dekota Curtis (Desiree), Garret Shields, Landon Shields, Jayden Maddox and Dylan Mingledorff; her great grandchildren, Hall of Alaska, Mikko Price, Caelum Curtis, Remi Shields, Luna Shields, Linda Maddox and Beau Maddox; her sister Ingrid Gann (Mike); and her close friend Wilma Murr. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other loved family and friends.
