She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Blevins and Winona Blevins; her siblings, Argile Blevins (Jean), Charles Blevins, Jewel Womac (Tom), Betty Weir (Clyde), Bonnie Long (Charles) and Lucille Deakins (Donald); and her siblings-in-law, Bobby Clark and Adonya Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Ruly Smith; her son Todd; her daughter-in-law Jessi Smith of Charleston, TN; her siblings, Paul Blevins (Shelby) of Florida, Arlie Blevins (Patsy) of Georgia, Freddy Blevins (Delores) of Athens, TN and Loretta Clark of Riceville, TN; and her siblings-in-law, Frances Blevins of Riceville, TN, Gary Smith of Riceville, TN and Ricky Smith of Riceville, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loved family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's. Mickey Blevins, Scotty Blevins, Byron Clark, Andrew Johnson, Ted Lewis, and Bruce Yarbrough will serve as pallbearers.
