He is survived by: his wife Patricia Baggerly (Davis) of Rickman, Tennessee; his children, Christina Baggerly of Cookeville, Tennessee and David Baggerly (Kayla) of Hilham, Tennessee; and his granddaughter Isabelle Mae of Hilham, Tennessee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
