She was predeceased by : her mother Judy Carol Webb. She is survived by : her father Herman Leslie; her children, Amber Webb of Nashville, Allyssa Bain (David) of Dowelltown and Joseph Addisson Webb of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Bryson Webb, Braylon Webb, Hayley Webb, Christian Webb, Jairon Webb, Anabell Webb, Xander Webb, Leilani Webb, Myla Webb, Meleya Webb and Kasyn Bain; her sisters, Jennifer Webb of Algood and Lori English (Reagan) of Franklin; and her aunts, June Copeland (Maurice) of Rickman, Jennette Ray of Rickman and Pat Webb of Indiana.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to Love-Cantrell Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
