It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Neighbors of Rickman, Tennessee, born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Saylor and Ruth Milliken (Harold); her husband Harold Arnold; her siblings, Eldon Saylor and Dorothy Leggitt; and her brother-in-law Wendell Keller.
She is survived by : her children, Tanya Dill (Bradley) and David (Dawn); her grandchildren, Jessica Kenney (Brandon), Tyler, Hunter and Reece; her sister-in-law Rhodora Saylor; and her siblings, Dick Saylor (Hedy) and Donna Keller. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
