She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Turnbow; her parents, William Ray and Myrtle Washburn Ray; her daughter Roxanne Otis; and her siblings, Pete Ray, Linda and Minnie.
She is survived by: her children, George Pettie of Nashville, TN, Robert Turnbow of Sacramento, CA, Marvin Jackson of Memphis, TN, Stafanie Still of Lebanon, TN, Dianne Jackson of Dyersburg, TN and Luanne Otis of Virginia Beach. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Dyer County Memorial Gardens (2455 St John Avenue, TN-211, Dyersburg, TN 38024).
