She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Agnes Cook and Kyle Howard Cook; her siblings, Jackie Cook, Donald Ray Cook and Jocleta Cook Crotts; and her granddaughter Alaina Gant.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Gant of Ridgely, TN; her son Michael Gant; her nephews, Tim Bargery (Charlene) and Kevin Cook (Demaris); her niece Lisa Cook Cadle (Brian); and her brother Stoney Cook (Becca).
The family ask that memorials, in lieu of flowers, be directed to the Alaina Gant Memorial Scholarship Fund, in care of Cadence Bank in Ridgely, TN.
