He is survived by: his children, Jonathon Cagle (Yolanda) of Racine, Wisconsin, Deana Pangowish (Chris Clark) of Medina, Corie Boyd (Tim Boyd) of Ridgely, Zabrina Hutcheson (Adam Stover) of Newbern and Nicole Herrera of Racine; and his siblings, Jimmy Blackwell of Ridgely, Tim Blackwell of Nashville, Tennessee, Jeannette Diaz (Oscar) of Newbern and Sandy Blackwell of Halls. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
