She was predeceased by : her parents, Marshall Weaver and Eva Young Weaver; her husband Joseph Douglas "Jiggs" Tolar; and her siblings, Louise Glenos, Imogene Mitchell Bedwell, C. Weaver and J. B. Weaver.

She is survived by : her children, Martha Manger of Memphis, TN, Sandra Flowers (Jack) of Ridgely, TN and James "Bubba" Tolar of Ridgely, TN; her grandchildren, James "Jay" Tolar, Jr. (Christy), Joseph "Joey" Jones, Sandra "Sandy" Marie Wilson (Macky) and Tolar Pierce Flowers (Anna); and her great grandchildren, Emily Wilson, Ali Tolar, Haley Tolar, James Wilson and John Wilson.
