She was predeceased by: her parents, Seldon Clark and Lena Scott Clark; her husbands, Dick Webber and Floyd Louis Franklin; her sons, John Edward Webber (Ruby) and Michael Franklin; her grandson Johnny Webber; and her sisters, Hazel Clark Pace and Helen Clark Smith.
She is survived by: her son Richard Webber (Sherrie) of Chicago, IL; her nephew Marvin Pace of Texas; and her grandchildren, Christal Webber, Gwenn Webber and Richard Blair Webber. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
