He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Campbell and Josephine Leek Jones; and his sisters, Judy Shoate, Debbie Haynes and Marsha Moss.
He is survived by: his wife Kati Campbell; his children, Daniel Jordan Campbell of Ripley, TN, Amanda Austin (Mark) of Brownsville, TN and Leslie Campbell Pruitt of Dyersburg, TN.; his siblings, Michael Campbell, Lorraine Wilcox and Rose Tuttle; and his grandchildren, Jayden Pruitt, Ava Rose Austin and Kynslee Brooke Austin.
The family requests donations be made to the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home to help cover cremation expenses.
