She is survived by: her husband John Neal; her sons, Chris Neal of Ripley, Mike Neal (Sherri) of Ripley and James Neal (Pepper) of Jackson; and her siblings, Arlene Peters of Havelock, NC and Bill Archer of Pleasant Hill, TN. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Garner Funeral Home (305 Lake Dr, Ripley, TN 38063). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
