She was predeceased by: her husband Huey Dalton Prater; her children, Debra Ann Redfern, Robert Joseph Prater and Michael Dalton Prater; and her siblings, Evelyn Walters, C. B. Bratcher, Oakley Bratcher and Bobby Avery Bratcher.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Douglas (Dan), Cathy Johnson, Sherry Lynn Riddick and Ronnie Prater (Lisa) of Ripley, TN..
