He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Rayburn and Edith Rosetta Marvel (Sawyer); and his brother Richard Marvel. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sue Marvel (Cross); his children, Lisa Fincher and Ray Marvel (Sheila) of Ripley, TN.; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Langley, Bailey Midkiff, Kaitlyn Medford, Faith Marvel, Bryce Marvel, Charleston Stephens, Maddie Stephens and Daniel Stephens.
Johnny's contributions to the community were immeasurable, and he was a respected figure who inspired those around him with his selflessness and courage.
