He is survived by : his wife Paula June Freeman Phillips; his daughters, Kim Wilson (Gary) of Ripley, TN and Rhonda Harris (Rob) of Halls, TN; his siblings, Shirley Carroll Staggs (Raymond) of Ripley, TN, Janet Boren (Mike) of Dyersburg, TN and Rickey Phillips (Donna) of Dyersburg, TN; his brother-in-law Dana Freeman (Kay) of Ripley, TN; his grandchildren, Hollie McMillan (Terry) of Ripley, TN, Luke Wilson (Claire White), Zach Harris (Erin) of Bartlett, TN, Andrew Harris (Kelsie Johnson) and Ben Harris (Kaity) of Dyersburg, TN; and his great grandchildren, Lynnlee McMillan of Ripley, TN, Hattie McMillan of Ripley, TN and Caden McMillan of Rockholds, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
