She was predeceased by: her parents, David Tillman and Imogene Owens (Pursell); her daughter Lisa Ledbetter; and her brother George Owens. She is survived by: her husband Billy Ledbetter of Rives; her children, Kellye Ledbetter of Park Hills, Kentucky and David Ledbetter (Anna) of Troy; and her grandchildren, Molly Ledbetter of Troy and Chad Brown (Josie) of McKenzie. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
