She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Bumgarner and Lorena Warner Bumgarner; her son Neal; and her son-in-law Michael L. Shouse. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Hadley and Levi; her husband Harvey; her daughter Debbie Shouse; her grandchildren, Michael Shouse (Ashley), Hadley and Levi; her sister Carolyn; her sister-in-law Frances McCoury; and her family, Roger Deal, Danny Hilbert, Will Johnson, Elonza Perkins, Rusty Verran, Steve Murray, Dennis "Taz" Erwin of Jace Buck, J. D, Houstma, Ian McRae, Alek McRae, Jim Harrell, Duane Potter, Isaac Clark, Chad Clark, Tony Townsend, Ben Hardin, Lanie Berry, Larry Trivette and Patrick White. She is also survived by mom's Hospice Nurse.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lower Shell Creek Christian Church (8726 US-19E, Roan Mountain, TN 37687). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
