He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald McCoury and Mable Buchanan McCoury; and his siblings, Margaret Louise McCoury Anthony (Sissy) and Ronnie Heaton. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Heaton McCoury; his children, Kristie McCoury Roberts of Elizabethton and Lee McCoury, Jr. (Misty); his grandchildren, Isaiah McCoury of Elizabethton, Isabella McCoury of Elizabethton, Chloe Roberts of Elizabethton and Emma Roberts of Elizabethton; his brother Charles McCoury of Elizabethton; his brother-in-law David Anthony of Newland; and his pets, Keeko Prince, Rocco Maximus and Doc Holliday.
