She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Campbell and Elizabeth Ashley Campbell; her husband Jonas Herman Blevins, Sr.; her daughter Gail Clark; and her siblings, Bill Campbell, Lillian Turbyfill and Cheryl Turbyfill.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Horney (Steve) of Banner Elk, NC and Jonas Blevins, Jr. (Holly) of Daytona Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Sabrina, Ashley, Liesse, Dillon and Cody; her great grandchildren, Mason, Camden, Ryker, Cooper, Declan, Eli, Kaden, Ava, Emberly and Scarlett; and her siblings, Shelby, Barbara, Ruth, Marie, Ken, Jerry and Randy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tetrick Rhododendron Chapel (8460 US-19E, Roan Mountain, TN 37687). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 18th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Isaac Cemetery (946 Buck Mountain Rd, Roan Mountain, TN 37687).
