She was predeceased by : her parents, Everett Russell and Tina Davis Russell; her husband Charles C. Foster; her son Stacy Phillips; her siblings, Carter, Burley, Steven Russell and Zona Long; and her mother-in-law Celia Foster.
She is survived by : her children, Michell Phillips, Clayton Foster and Rachel Newport; her grandchildren, Jordan Phillips, Shane Voiles (Maria), Logan Voiles (Gracie), Alyssa, Braylon Foster, Caitlin Phillips (Nathan), Courtney and Ryan Newport; and her brother Roger Russell (Wanda). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
