He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Burch of Rock Island, TN.; his children, William Wayne Burch (Jackie) of Rock Island, TN, Kimbra Herzog of McMinnville, TN, Susan Beach of Chattanooga, TN, Patricia Ashburn, Lori Smith of McMinnville, TN, Billie Barnwell (Mike) of South Carolina and Carolyn Burch of South Carolina; and his sisters, Melissa of Indiana and Stacy of Indiana. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren.
