He is survived by: his wife Enza Tate O'Neal; his sister Teresa Mack of Virginia; his children, Ricky O'Neal, Melissa O'Neal Henry and Gregory; his grandchildren, Desiree O'Neal, Arieyelle O'Neal, Brittany Jackson, Danielle Henry and Jaylin Henry; his great grandchildren, Randon Floyd, Jamont Williams and DeShawn; and his siblings-in-law, Stella Smith, Dorothy Love, Wanda Tolley, Patricia Tate and Richard Tate Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
