He is survived by: his wife Forrestine Allison Bane; his children, Ginger Bane Coffey (Nathan), Dr. Charles "Chuck" Bane (Hanna) and Alison Bane; his granddaughters, Emma Bane and Alyssa Coffey; and his sister Kathy Hight (Steve). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
