He is survived by: his wife Teresa Hixson Riggs; his children, Kevin Riggs (Wendy) and Kelly Wilson (David); his stepchildren, Misty Sweeden, Wendy Moore and Sean Richardson; his grandchildren, Jake Wilson (Zak), Kevin Wilson (Liz), Cooper Riggs (Hannah), Brice Kittrell, Matt Moore (Kim), Mariah Moore (Raven) and Sean Richardson Jr.; his sister Elaine Chewning (Theron); and his close friends, Paul Coleman, Cotton Mitchell, Bone Heidel, Peggy Evans, Alan, Kathy Bone, Tony Chilcoat, Robbie Nutt, Lynette Smith, Judy Jones, Donna Cox, Nick, Penny Jessen, Bernie, Carol McElroy, Gail White, Jeanne Draughn, Sam McSpadden, Sherry, Harold Ketterer, Lawrence, Doug and Kim Nunley. He is also survived by beautiful greatgrandchildren.
