He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Casper Boyd "Buck" Vance and Mildred Ruth Pope Vance; his wife Stephanie Jane Reid Vance; his son B. J. Vance; and his siblings, John David Vance, Marilyn Ruth Vance and Mary Elizabeth Dodd.
He is survived by: his children, Tana Leigh Daniel, Natalie Payge Vance and Jacob Vance; his sister Cynthia; and his friend Ronnie.
