He was predeceased by: his parents, James M Willard and Alice West Willard; his wife Brenda Cook Willard; his son Wayne Willard; and his granddaughter Alice Willard.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Kay Perry, Angela Brown Sebestyen (Danny) and Eddy Willard; his grandchildren, Ricky Gazaway, Chase Perry, Marin Sebestyen, Coleman Sebestyen, Brandon Willard, Dylan Willard, Sam Willard and Travis Willard; and his siblings, Terry Willard (Bronna), Lee Willard (Beverly), Jenni Kelly (Dennis), Jim Willard (Amy), Janice Nieman (Joe) and David Willard (Donna).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Evans Mortuary (805 N Gateway Ave, Rockwood, TN 37854). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (699 E Strang St, Rockwood, TN 37854).
