He was predeceased by: his wife Vicki Givens; his parents, Farris Givens and Myrtle Bolin Givens; and his brother Ronnie Givens. He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Givens of Lakeland, FL and Tonya Pagano of Clearwater, FL; his grandsons, Zachary and Hunter Locke of Lakeland, FL; and his brother Gary Givens (Debbie) of Rockwood.
