He is survived by : his wife Ruth Johnson of Rockwood, TN; his sons, Ronald Keith Johnson (Monique) and Ken Johnson (Shelice) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Brook Johnson and Christian Johnson Devin Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, David Sanders (Wilma) and Linda Sanders. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives, and many special friends.
