He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard David Fuller and Sylvia "Joan" Fuller. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Fox of Rockwood, TN.; and his sisters, Teresa Graf of Cullman, AL, Diane Pugh of Spring City, TN and Susan Elder of Columbus, GA..

The family has asked for donations to be made to the local police department as well as local schools to support officers and teachers in the community.
