She is survived by: her husband Tim Spurling; her son Joshua Spurling; her brother Paul Edd Proffitt; her nephews, Grayson David Proffitt and Tanner Nobel Proffitt; her niece Josie Marlo Proffitt; and her aunt Sylvia Sue Baird.
