He is survived by: his wife Robyn Plemons Barger of Rockwood; his children, Hannah Jones (Jonathan) of Oak Ridge and Garrett Barger of Kingston; his grandchild Judah Jones; his sister Joanne May (Thomas) of Kingston; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Brooks of Kingston, Laura Burnette (Rodney) of Kingston, Kenny Plemons (Nancy) of Kingston and Buddy Plemons (Rusty Gilmor) of Kingston. He is also survived by Several extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Fraker Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
