He was predeceased by: his parents, Earse Adcox and Bessie Adcox; his sisters, Catherine McDonald and Ruth Mynatt; and his father-in-law J. C. Kirkland.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Adcox; his children, Amy Jenkins (Jason) and Andy Adcox; his grandchildren, Alexis Melton (Zach), Hunter Clark, Tyler Jenkins (Sara) and Kaleigh Jenkins; his great grandchildren, Addison Melton, Thatcher Melton and River Jenkins; his close friends, Ronnie Fraley, Homer Julian, Don Trout, Jared and Megan Hall; his mother-in-law Joyce Kirkland; and his sister-in-law Kim Moore (Louis). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Evans Mortuary (805 N Gateway Ave, Rockwood, TN 37854). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (699 E Strang St, Rockwood, TN 37854).
