He is survived by: his children, David Treadway (Lori), Sherry Hayes (Mike) and Sheila Butler (Matthew); and his close friend Mickey Smith. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren and Nieces and Nephews.
