She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda F. Evans; her daughter-in-law Pam Forgety; her grandchildren, Shannon Evans of Rogersville, Dr. Loren Grimm (Joe) of Jacksboro, Jared Forgety (Rachel) of Heiskell and Lee Forgety (Abby) of Powell; her great grandchildren, Emma, Audrey, Lena, Joey Grace, Luke, Maggie and Jaelynn; her sister Hazel Doty; her sister-in-law Barbara Bradley; her stepsiblings, Lloyd Ward and Becky Davis; and her friends, Patricia Matthews and Teresa Taylor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
