She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Smith; her parents, Johnny Collins and Helen Collins; and her sisters, Patricia Heck and Donna Reynolds.
She is survived by: her daughter Darinda Dean (Jason); and her siblings, Rhonda Reed (Roger) and Robert Collins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
