He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Bud" Munsey and Barbara Collier Munsey; his significant other Kathy Frost; his stepmother Maxine Munsey; and his grandmother Elizabeth Munsey.
He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Bailey of Greeneville and Janet Gillispie of Alabama; his siblings' children, Brandon Bailey (Chelsea) of Greeneville, Kara Taylor (Micah), Kristy Crook (Shawn) and Brittany Crum (Zac); his uncle Otis Munsey; his cousin Samantha Munsey (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Emma Lane, Tyler and Elijah Tunnell; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacques Taylor (Jessica), Aubrey Parkins, Gracie Bailey, Carson Crum, Cade Bailey and Aaron Cooke.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Broome Funeral Home Chapel (513 E Main St, Rogersville, TN 37857). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
