He is survived by: his son Travis Williams (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Noah, Jonah and Emma Williams; his sisters, Kathy Winegar (Don) and Brenda Starnes; his mother-in-law Pearl Horton; his brother-in-law Lynn Horton; and his close friend Nay Presley.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:45 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Hawkins County Memorial Gardens (536 Carter Valley Loop, Rogersville, TN 37857).
